Chubb announces key executive appointments in finance organization

Chubb announced three key executive appointments within its finance organization, effective September 4, 2024.

George Ohsiek has been named Vice President, Chubb Group, and Chief Accounting Officer. Formerly the Chief Auditor for Chubb Group, Ohsiek will now oversee corporate and regulatory accounting, financial reporting, group-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and statutory and GAAP accounting policy. He will also directly manage corporate and subsidiary controllers.

Ohsiek succeeds Annmarie Hagan, who has been appointed Vice President, Chubb Group, and Chief Financial Officer of Operations & Technology and Transformation. In this role, Hagan will lead FP&A activities for Chubb’s technology and operations sectors, manage real estate operations across Chubb’s global footprint, oversee technology-related transformation initiatives, and operationalize ESG-related financial reporting.

Mong-Diep “Dee” Le will take over as Chief Auditor, succeeding Ohsiek. Currently the Executive Vice President and Global Controller for Chubb, Le will now be responsible for all internal audit functions across Chubb, including control processes and risk assessments. A new Global Controller will be named soon.

All three executives will report to Peter Enns, Executive Vice President, Chubb Group, and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Hagan will report to Julie Dillman, Executive Vice President, Chubb Group, and Senior Executive for Operations & Technology and Digital Transformation Officer, while Le will also report to the Chubb Limited Audit Committee.
