Chapka adds ChatGPT app for travel insurance

Chapka has added a ChatGPT app that helps users find travel insurance, compare products and get quotes through a conversation.

Developed by Aon France, the app asks users questions about their trips and can send quotes by email. Listed examples include selecting coverage for a year in Australia on a working holiday visa, requesting a Cap Assistance quote for a two-week trip to Thailand, and exploring Cap Mission coverage for employees traveling abroad.

Founded in 2002 and acquired by Aon in 2019, Chapka is a French travel insurance broker serving individuals and tourism businesses. Its products cover short trips, extended stays, working holidays and business travel.
