White Mountains Insurance Group is exploring the sale of NJ-based D2C software provider Tranzact, less than two years after purchasing a majority stake in the company for $178 million. Tranzact operates in the land of online insurance quotes and manages consumer-facing brands such as AutoInsurance.com and DirectHealth.com.
