Centerline offers cargo insurance quoting through ChatGPT

Centerline Insurance Company  has a ChatGPT app designed to help Reliance Partners staff quote per-shipment cargo insurance for freight brokers through Watkins Insurance Group.

The app supports U.S. and Mexico shipping lanes. Users can enter shipment details or upload a broker’s coverage request form to prefill a quote, review eligible premiums and compare deductible options.

Staff can also retrieve and revise saved quotes, refer requests outside underwriting appetite, and ask questions using Centerline’s knowledge base.

The app stores private quote records and emails quote logs, underwriting referrals and bind requests with requester and shipment details. Binding is completed manually by underwriting.
