CarmaCare wants to make car ownership more affordable

CarmaCare, a startup offering extended warranty for vehicles, is now assembling a team based on LinkedIn data.

Founded in August 2021 and based in Chicago, CarmaCare is led by Jonathan Palan, the co-founder and former president of AutoFi, a commerce platform for digital automotive sales and financing.

CarmaCare is “backed by some of the most well respected venture capitalists in the world” and Jamie Ahern, the former COO of Kin Insurance, is listed as an advisor.

Century Warranty Services is the administrator and obligor of the vehicle service contracts.
