CAC Group names Douglas Turk as chief marketing officer

CAC Group, an insurance brokerage comprised of CAC Group and Cobbs Allen , announced the appointment of Douglas Turk as its new Chief Marketing Officer. In his new role, Turk will be responsible for the development and implementation of CAC Group’s global marketing strategy across all business units and regions. This strategic addition to the executive team underscores CAC Group’s commitment to enhancing its leadership roster as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.

Turk is widely recognized as a thought leader in the insurance industry and has over 25 years of experience in leading marketing initiatives to drive growth, brand development, and organizational change. Prior to his most recent role at Coalition as Head of Revenue, Turk held various senior positions at industry-leading firms. Notably, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at JLT Group, playing a pivotal role in the senior leadership team that spearheaded the expansion of JLT Specialty USA. His career also includes nearly a decade at Aon, where he launched a number of strategic initiatives to expand the company’s regional presence in the Western U.S., cementing its position as a frontrunner in Western markets.

Turk’s accomplishments extend beyond his corporate roles. He is one of the co-founders of altumAI , an insurtech firm that collects and analyzes worker data to develop cost-effective solutions for worker health and safety. He holds several patents for insurance-focused technology and is a published author on business strategy and technology. His diverse experience and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to CAC Group’s executive team.
