By Miles Raises £5M
London-based By Miles announced a £5m Series A funding round led by Octopus Ventures; bringing the company’s total funding to date to $8.2m.
Established in 2016, the company offers pay-per-mile car insurance underwritten by AXA for drivers over the age of 25.

It's a nice idea but the initial £400 payment rules it out for me and I would imagine, quite a few others. If that cost could be paid monthly, I would be in.
