BXP, Starr sign lease at 343 Madison Avenue

BXP has signed an approximately 275,000 square foot, 20-year lease with Starr at 343 Madison Avenue, a 930,000 square foot office tower currently under construction in Midtown Manhattan. Starr will occupy floors 16 through 27, representing about %30 of the building, which will serve as its New York headquarters.

The 46-story tower, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, will feature hospitality-focused amenities and sustainability features, with BXP targeting delivery in late 2029.
