Brown & Brown expands personal lines leadership

Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO) has announced the appointment of Caitlin Rascelles as Retail vice president and national personal lines leader. Caitlin will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing strategic initiatives to grow and scale Brown & Brown’s personal lines business. She will report to Retail senior leaders Rich Knudson and Mike Keeby.

In her new role, Caitlin will work collaboratively with the national personal lines leadership team to strengthen our personal lines capabilities and service offerings, as well as expand our carrier relationships and ensure a consistent customer experience that aligns with the organization’s growth objectives.

Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Caitlin served as senior vice president of the Western zone at PURE Insurance, where she was responsible for ensuring the growth and profit of 13 states across the West and ran the Scottsdale, Arizona office.

Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Buffalo. She holds an associate degree in Commercial Underwriting, an associate degree in General Insurance and an Effective Communication certificate from Cornell ILR School. She is passionate about philanthropic and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion endeavors.
