Brotherhood Works partners with Forte to offer mental fitness training for ministry leaders
Brotherhood Works , a brand of Brotherhood Mutual, has formed an alliance with mental health preparedness company Forte to provide mental fitness training and coaching to pastors, ministry leaders, staff, and volunteers.
The partnership aims to address burnout and mental health challenges among ministry leaders by offering confidential and accessible support before issues escalate into crises.

“Brotherhood Mutual has served churches and ministries for more than 100 years. Their focus on proactively helping ministries accomplish the mission that God has for them perfectly aligns with Forte’s heartbeat,” said Vineet Rajan, co-founder and CEO of Forte.
According to Barna research cited by the companies, 24% of pastors are at high risk of burnout, while emotional and mental health among ministry leaders is lower than that of the general population.
“Our alliance with Forte provides an avenue for ministry employers to offer proactive mental fitness support and coaching in a confidential, accessible way to help them stay fulfilled and passionate in their calling.” – Bryan Stine, director of Brotherhood Works.
Brotherhood Mutual serves more than 67,000 churches, schools, colleges, universities, camps, and mission organizations across 47 states and the District of Columbia. The company employs about 700 people and works with 400 independent agents across 72 agencies nationwide. Its Brotherhood Works brand, established in 2025, provides payroll, employee benefits, employer insurance, and other workforce solutions to more than 7,000 ministries in the U.S.
