Broker Buddha acquired by Acturis

New York-based Broker Buddha has been acquired by UK-based electronic placement platform Acturis . Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2017, Broker Buddha (a team of 18 according to LinkedIn) is a technology company offering different features around the application and renewal process for commercial insurance agents.
