bolttech acquires Digital Care

bolttech has acquired Digital Care Group, a Poland-based mobile device lifecycle management company offering a range of services such as rentals and insurance.

The company, which was founded in 2012, operates across Europe, Asia and Africa, and has served over 8 million customers.

The acquisition is a “major step” towards achieving bolttech’s strategic goals in the EMEA region and globally, while accelerating growth, particularly within the telecommunications industry. By bringing on board Digital Care, bolttech will enter four new markets in EMEA – Poland, Croatia, Lithuania and South Africa.
