BNP Paribas Group backs accelerator member

BNP Paribas Group announced its investment in PayCar, a payment platform for the sale and purchase of second-hand vehicles between individuals. The startup earned the attention of BNP Paribas when it joined its accelerator program L’Atelier Fintech Accelerator in March last year. It turned out that its insurance subsidiary BNP Paribas Cardif spotted opportunities-slash-synergies with PayCar and here we are today. In sum, the startup raised a total of €1.3 million in seed.
