BMS Group acquires Corporate and Commercial Insurance Brokers in Australia

BMS Group  has acquired Queensland-based Corporate and Commercial Insurance Brokers, expanding its footprint in Australia. Founded in 2006, the firm provides risk management and insurance broking services to large, privately held businesses.

Founder Jeremy Murfin will join BMS as Client Director and report to Stephen Moore, Managing Director of BMS Risk Solutions QLD. Murfin will also join BMS Australia’s Executive Leadership Team. The deal follows BMS’s recent acquisitions of Spanish broker Rasher and UAE-based BMS Masaood.
