Bind AI launches with $10 million in funding

New York-based Bind AI has announced its public launch, offering software that automates submission intake, quoting, proposals, servicing, and binding for commercial insurance agencies and brokers.

Founded in 2025, the company integrates with agency email systems and carrier quoting portals. It reads incoming emails and documents, processes submissions and completes quoting and placement tasks.

The company has raised $10 million to date. Investors include Bonfire Ventures, Draper Associates, and Ramp co-founder Karim Atiyeh. Coverager’s funding data also lists 8-Bit Capital, Character, Company Ventures, Operator Partners, and Village Global.

Pricing starts at $500 per month for Essentials and $750 per month for Premium, with custom enterprise pricing. Both standard plans include unlimited users and markets. Bind AI also lists policyholder-paid processing fees: a 3% program fee for Essentials or 2% for Premium, plus 3.5% for card payments. ACH and wire payments carry no payment fee.

Its website features customer testimonials from PolicyWatch, Embroker, and HUB.
