Bene Assicurazioni partners with Hlpy

Italian non-life insurer Bene Assicurazioni announced that its auto policy Autofit now includes fully digital roadside assistance though hlpy .

Hlpy is a startup founded in May 2020 and Bene Assicurazioni is both a partner and an investor. It aims to reinvent the roadside assistance experience by combining the efficiency of artificial intelligence and machine learning to shorten waiting times for customers requesting help.

Now, Autofit customers can:

• Request help online in 60 seconds
• Receive assistance from the nearest of the 600 affiliated hlpy centers
• Use a replacement car, or in main cities, use car-sharing and micro-mobility services such as electric scooters and bicycles
