Bending Spoons closes acquisition of Tractive

Technology company Bending Spoons completed its acquisition of Austria-based pet tracking company Tractive , following a definitive agreement announced in March 2026.

Founded in 2012, Tractive is a developer of GPS tracking devices for pets. Since its inception, the company has raised ~$38 million.

Tractive joins a growing list of acquisitions by Bending Spoons, which also acquired AOL in January 2026 and closed its $500 million acquisition of Eventbrite in March 2026.
