Beazley appoints Nat Cross as Head of Digital Follow Underwriting

Beazley Group has appointed Nat Cross as Head of Digital Follow Underwriting, a newly created role reporting to Will Roscoe, Head of Portfolio Underwriting. Cross will take up the position on February 1, 2026.

The appointment comes as Beazley continues to expand and digitise its follow underwriting capabilities following the launch of its dedicated follow syndicate, Smart Tracker 5623, in 2018. In his new role, Cross will oversee all algorithmic and digital distribution channels, with a focus on broker digital trading strategies and opportunities across intermediary exchanges.

Cross previously served as Beazley’s Global Head of Healthcare, where he also led the launch and operation of the insurer’s Ki Digital Services partnership.

Beazley said it will announce a new Global Head of Healthcare in due course.
