Baobab launches in Austria

Cyber insurance startup Baobab is live in Austria after launching in Germany last September.

Founded in 2021 by Gabi co-founder Vincenz Klemm and former CTO of Coya Anton Foth, Baobab targets SMEs with an offering that includes cyber insurance and security solutions.

Coverage is offered by Zurich and policies can be bought online or though brokers.

Baobab has raised ~$9 million to date.
