Bajaj Allianz Introduces Buddy and Eve Bots

According to People Matters, Bajaj Allianz has introduced its first virtual employee Eve via the company’s automated talent acquisition portal called Tal.Port. Imagine: robotic video interviews for job seekers. “The video interviews will capture the interviewees’ aptitude, behavioral aspects, and essential technical skills.” Also, the company introduced an assistant chatbot called Buddy to assist the company’s employees with HR-related manners.
