AXA Italia Redesigns My AXA App
AXA Italia has introduced a new version of the My AXA app, which presents new features and services based on customer feedback.
Available on the App Store with plans to launch soon on the Play Store, the new version allows policyholders to keep track of all their policies, along with monitoring investments progress for those with a savings policy. The app also features a new WhatsApp style virtual assistant that can answer questions, send emergency help to the site of the accident, and assist customers with completing the Blue Form. Last, customers with the AXA Health Protection policy can make video calls with doctors through the app.
Recall: Earlier this month AXA Italia announced the Onboarding Project, which aims to reinvent the experience between the customers and the company.
