Aviva Canada opens doors to a more convenient auto repair experience

A new auto repair service from Aviva Canada has been introduced, promising to give clients a more personalized, convenient, and enhanced auto repair experience.

This month saw the debut of the first Aviva AutoCare Centre in North York, Toronto. By the end of the year, more centers are expected to open throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Alberta.

In a press release, Aviva shared that its customers are offered a more personalized service that will take some of the stress away from the claims process. When an Aviva customer has an accident, they will have the choice to have their vehicle repaired by an Aviva AutoCare Centre nearest to them. Once there, the customer can drop off their vehicle – and if needed, leave in a rental vehicle, while Aviva takes care of all assessments and repairs. They will be informed throughout the repair process and notified once their vehicle is ready for pickup.

Bottom Line: Aviva is partnering with preferred vendors to open these locations.
