Avanta Ventures is shutting down

According to our sources, Avanta Ventures is shutting down.

Founded in 2017, Avanta Ventures is the venture capital arm of CSAA Insurance Group , that was focused on investing in startups across the US, particularly in sectors such as insurtech, mobility, and risk-adjacent areas like fintech, cybersecurity, and smart home.

In 2022, Avanta Ventures announced Fund II, an early-stage $225 million fund, which brought their total assets under management to over $300 million.

Avanta portfolio companies include Blueprint Title, Car IQ, Companion Protect, Cowbell, Delos, Joyn, Kin, and others.
