Autonomize AI raises $28 million
Autonomize AI raised $28 million in Series A funding to expand its platform that automates healthcare workflows like care management, utilization review, and benefits verification. The round brings total funding to $32 million and includes new backers Valtruis, Cigna Ventures , and Tau Ventures, with participation from existing investors such as Asset Management Ventures and ATX Venture Partners.
Founded in 2022, Autonomize AI offers a multi-agent system tailored for regulated healthcare environments. The company says its platform is already in use at Fortune 100 healthcare organizations, generating over 100,000 automated care plans per month and saving 36,000 clinical hours.

The funding will support the company’s growth in delivering AI copilots designed to reduce administrative load and speed up tasks like prior authorizations. Autonomize emphasizes explainability, transparency, and human-in-the-loop features, positioning itself as a healthcare-native alternative to general-purpose AI tools.
