Assurant announces leadership changes in Europe and Latin America

Assurant announced leadership changes in Europe and Latin America.

It appointed Felipe Sanchez as president of Europe, pending regulatory approval. Sanchez, previously president of Assurant Mexico, will oversee operations in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. He succeeds Christian Formby, who becomes president of Specialty Solutions, Global Housing.

Diego Gomez, former president of Assurant Argentina, will take over as president of Assurant Mexico. Ines Aramburu, previously VP of Assurant International’s People organization, steps into the role of president of Assurant Argentina.
