Arity to acquire Replica

Arity , Allstate’s mobility data subsidiary, is acquiring the remaining ownership interest in Replica , a company that provides transportation data and modeling tools. The deal is expected to close in 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Replica helps public agencies, planners and infrastructure decision-makers analyze travel patterns and model the effects of operational or policy changes.

The deal follows Arity’s completed acquisition of traffic data company INRIX . Together, the businesses combine data on how people travel, how transportation networks perform and how people drive, supporting transportation planning, safety and investment decisions.

Founded inside Alphabet in 2017 and independent since 2019, Replica has raised $52 million in disclosed funding from investors including Founders Fund, Innovation Endeavors and Sidewalk Labs. The company has 55 employees, according to LinkedIn, and has served customers including Caltrans, the MTA, Waymo, Deloitte, AECOM, Arup and WSP.

“Replica was founded on the belief that better decisions start with understanding how people actually live, work, and move through their communitie. Our data, applications, and scenario modeling show how people and infrastructure connect – and how operational or policy decisions might change those connections. Joining Arity and INRIX lets us bring that human understanding to a much broader view of transportation.” – Nick Bowden, co-founder and president of Replica.
