Ardonagh to acquire Mansutti S.r.l

London-based broker Ardonagh has agreed to acquire Mansutti S.r.l, the commercial lines business of Italian insurance broker, Mansutti S.p.A., which is currently part of the Wefox Group.

Mansutti S.r.l offers various coverages including liability, property, employee benefits, automotive, and marine. The broker serves 8k SMEs and generated €45.5 million in written premiums.

The Mansutti S.r.l team of 30 will continue to service their client base and contribute to the accelerated growth of the Ardonagh’s European footprint, sitting alongside the recently announced acquisition of Mediass.
