Ardonagh Netherlands acquires stake in PIA and PIN

Ardonagh Netherlands, part of The Ardonagh Group, has agreed to acquire a significant stake in Private Insurance Assuradeuren B.V. (PIA) and Private Insurance Nederland B.V. (PIN), strengthening its position in the Dutch high-net-worth insurance market.

• PIA operates as a Managing General Agent (MGA), offering tailored insurance products for luxury homes, valuables, high-end vehicles, and pleasure crafts.
• PIN supports local brokers using PIA’s services, facilitating market expansion and service development.
