Appulate , a platform for insurance submissions, applications, and renewals, has launched its 13th generation platform, bringing a range of new features to enhance efficiency and user experience for agents and brokers.
Key features include:
- InsuredConnect™ for Data Collection: This feature integrates directly with agents’ websites, allowing insureds to enter their information and request quotes or calculate premiums in minutes. It eliminates the need for rekeying data and ensures all information is pre-loaded, reducing duplicate work and improving accuracy.
- QuickBooks™ Integration for Accounting: The integration with QuickBooks simplifies agency accounting by allowing easy reconciliation of carrier direct bill statements and agency transactions. It also organizes billing and payment collections, making agency financial management more efficient.
- Certificates of Insurance Management: The new Certificates page allows agencies and MGAs to manage, create, edit, and send certificates of insurance directly from Appulate. The certificates are organized by Holder, Policies, Creation date, and Expiration date, streamlining the policy verification process.
- VIN Decoder for Vehicle Data Autocompletion: The VIN Decoder tool autocompletes vehicle descriptions based on VIN values, reducing input errors and saving time for agents and brokers during the submission process.
- Quote Comparison Tool: This tool allows agencies and markets to view and share quotes, indications, and premium estimates easily. It provides a quick way to compare and distribute quotes to clients or agents, enhancing decision-making and client service.
- Customizable Insured Questionnaires: With Appulate Ask Insured, agencies and markets can fully customize and filter questionnaires to fit their needs, allowing them to add or remove sections as needed for a tailored client experience.
