Aon partners with Joshin
Joshin , a provider of neurodivergent and disability support services, partnered with Aon.
The partnership helps employers offer neurodiversity resources and access Aon’s analytics to assess Joshin’s impact. It also includes roundtable discussions on workplace neurodiversity.
Founded in 2018, Joshin provides resources and support for individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions. It bridges support gaps at home, work, and school through a personalized approach.
“Inclusion and diversity are a priority for our firm. One in 4 people have a disability, 1 in 6 are neurodivergent, and 1 in 6 families have a child with complex health needs – yet few employees are comfortable disclosing a condition to their employer. Employers are recognizing that traditional benefit offerings and workplace policies need to be more inclusive of neurocognitive differences and abilities, and employers that have taken action are reporting improvements in productivity, engagement, and business performance.” – Rebecca Warnken, senior vice president and inclusive benefits leader at Aon .
