Aon expands Aon Claims Copilot globally

Aon announced the global expansion of Aon Claims Copilot, a claims management platform that combines claims data, analytics, and workflow tools across its Commercial Risk business.

Initially piloted in November 2025, the platform has now been rolled out across North America, Asia Pacific, and several EMEA countries. Aon said the platform is used by its 1,800-person claims team operating in more than 50 countries and supports more than 20 product lines.

According to the company, Claims Copilot provides real-time claims analytics, carrier performance insights, digital claim tracking, and automation capabilities designed to improve consistency and transparency across claims handling. The platform is part of Aon’s broader investment in data and analytics tools, alongside Aon Broker Copilot and its Risk Analyzer offerings.

“Aon Claims Copilot represents our continued commitment to deliver better information, advice and solutions to clients through technology. By integrating these capabilities into how we manage claims, we are equipping our colleagues to deliver more consistent outcomes, identify trends earlier and help clients make better decisions across their risk and capital strategies.” – Joe Peiser, CEO of Risk Capital at Aon.

“Expert advocacy combined with leading analytics gives our clients enhanced visibility and control over their claims. As we expand the platform globally, we are improving coordination across teams, strengthening collaboration and creating a more connected, data-driven claims experience.” – Mona Barnes, Global Chief Claims Officer for Commercial Risk at Aon.

Aon said it plans to expand Claims Copilot into additional EMEA and Latin American markets in the coming months.
