Anzen partners with Carta

D&O insurance provider Anzen Insurance announced an integration with equity management platform Carta . Now any Carta customer applying for D&O insurance via Anzen can automatically sync their cap table and receive D&O insurance quotes in hours.‍

Anzen is a digital solution for Directors & Officers and other management liability insurance. Anzen brings together insurance carriers across the U.S. into one marketplace, including it’s own ‘proprietary AI-driven’ underwriting, so companies and insurance brokers shopping for D&O quotes can streamline the ‘painful application process and get the best price and coverage all in one place.’

This is the first insurance integration with Carta’s Launch API. “This error-reducing, streamlined process will serve tens of thousands of U.S. companies that have Carta accounts and are required to carry active D&O insurance policies.”
