Andrew Sullivan begins his new role today
Prudential Financial has announced that Andrew Sullivan officially begins his role as CEO today, March 31, 2025.
Sullivan, who has served as executive vice president and head of International Businesses and Global Investment Management, succeeds Charles F. Lowrey, who will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board for the next 18 months, supporting Sullivan during the transition.
Sullivan, who joined Prudential in 2011, has held key leadership positions within the company, overseeing Prudential’s US-based businesses and PGIM, the firm’s $1.4 trillion global investment management business.
