AmTrust Title launches new residential title division

AmTrust Title, a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, has launched AMT Title Services, rebranding its residential title division acquired in 2022.

Formerly known as Netco Title, AMT Title Services operates in 40 states and the District of Columbia, with 25 offices providing title and escrow services to residential customers, agents, and lenders.

The division aims to expand its traditional business and enhance its technology services to improve transaction speed for residential title agents.

Backed by AmTrust Financial , the new division reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the residential real estate market.
