Amodo befriends Porsche and AIG

Porsche Holding (think: one huge auto distributor) launched an application based on the Amodo connected car platform to offer drivers access to “Smart Driver”, an app that evaluates driving behavior using telematics data. Also, Porsche is planning to launch a 3-month competition come February to reward the safest driver in Austria. The lucky winner will ride off with free fuel worth €1,000. On a similar note, last month, AIG launched “Are you the best driver in Hong Kong?” competition that will reward the best driver with one-year worth of free fuel (valued at HK$15,000). By downloading the AIG Drive Master app – also based on the Amodo platform – participants become eligible to compete.
