Ameriprise adds Louisiana advisory team with $110M in assets

Ameriprise Financial  has added Pinnacle Wealth Management to its independent channel, bringing over $110 million in client assets from LPL Financial.

The Lafayette, Louisiana-based practice is led by Vincent Lauer and includes advisor Hank Morvant and support staff Emily Currier. The team brings more than 55 years of combined industry experience.

The move was driven by Ameriprise’s integrated technology platform and service model, which improves efficiency and client engagement by consolidating financial planning tools in one place.

Ameriprise continues to recruit experienced advisors, with about 1,700 joining the firm over the past five years, as it expands its independent channel and advisor support platform.
