American Family Ventures backs Ingenious.build

Ingenious.build , a technology company specializing in project management software for Real Estate Development and Construction, has closed its Series A funding round, securing a total of $37 million co-led by Morpheus Ventures and Navitas Capital.

Other investors include American Family Ventures, Crow Holdings, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL Spark Global Ventures, and Koch Real Estate Investments.

Founded in 2016, Ingenious.build is a cloud-based application to streamline everyday operations spanning project financials, project management, and construction administration. It competes against Procore Technologies and others.
