AMBA expands affinity platform with Amwins Group Benefits acquisition

Provider of affinity marketing solutions and supplemental insurance and benefits AMBA has acquired the Affinity business and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations of Amwins Group Benefits.

Previously operating primarily from Irving, Texas, the business currently serves affinity associations nationwide and administers carrier programs supporting port and conversion services across employer-sponsored life and disability lines.

The transaction expands AMBA’s presence in professional and membership-based markets while adding dedicated infrastructure supporting carrier-outsourced administrative services. AMBA plans to standardize the operating model, improving scalability and service delivery while maintaining continuity for association partners, carriers, and insured members.
