AM Best upgrades outlook for Revol One Insurance Company

AM Best has revised the outlook for Revol One Insurance Company’s Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating to positive from stable, affirming its Financial Strength Rating of B++ (Good) and Long-Term ICR of “bbb.”

The change reflects Revol One’s improving business profile, stronger capital position supported by Spartan Insurance Holdings, and enhanced enterprise risk management.

The company, known for its fixed and indexed annuity offerings, is expected to benefit from reinsurance arrangements and Federal Home Loan Bank membership, which together support growth and liquidity.

However, AM Best noted ongoing execution risk given the company’s expansion plans and concentration in the annuity market.
