Allianz UK appoints Hailey Franklin as Commercial Director for Personal Broker

Allianz UK has appointed Hailey Franklin to the newly created role of Commercial Director for Allianz Personal Broker.

Franklin will report to the managing director of Allianz Personal Broker and lead initiatives focused on improving trading performance and strengthening business capabilities, working closely with core teams to support a simpler, stronger, and smarter operating model. She brings more than 13 years of experience at Allianz, having held senior roles across pricing, underwriting, and distribution.

The appointment follows recent leadership hires at Allianz Personal Broker, including the recruitment of Glyn Hughes as managing director, set to start in February 2026, and the December 2025 appointment of Vicky Yuill as distribution director.
