Allianz Assistance launches Easy Home
Allianz Assistance Singapore has launched Easy Home, a new home emergency subscription service to help homeowners and landlords in Singapore.
Easy Home is designed to eliminate the anxiety of surprise bills for problems with plumbing, electrical systems, locks, pest infestations, home appliance breakdowns and loss of access to device data. The subscription service is based on the number of call-outs rather than cover limits.
In the event of a home emergency, Easy Home subscribers won’t need to worry about finding a reputable service provider, nor about how high the final repair bill will be. Allianz Assistance Singapore will cover the cost of the repair and arrange for the repair through their network of home service professionals: plumbers, electricians, locksmiths as well as pest control, home appliance repair and data recovery professionals, who are all reputable and regularly reviewed by Allianz Assistance Singapore.
Packages start from four 24/7 call-outs per year and no surprise repair costs.
Easy Home subscribers are entitled to at least four call-outs per year, depending on the chosen package. Subscribers can reach Allianz Assistance’s 24/7 home emergency number and a service provider will be dispatched to the subscriber’s address. There will be no fee for these repairs.

Easy Home caters to different needs, ranging from those who only require assistance for basic home emergencies, to those who want more comprehensive emergency home assistance. The subscription plans start from $47 per year for up to four emergency call-outs. There are three subscription plans to choose from:
Bronze plan for basic protection. Up to four 24/7 home emergency call-outs (plumbing, locksmith, pest, electrical fault)
Silver – 24/7 home assistance, plus 1 home appliance breakdown call-out
Gold – 24/7 home assistance, plus cover for 2 home appliance breakdowns and 1 device data recovery
