Alleva launches instant insurance verification tool

Alleva , a behavioral health EMR platform, has introduced a new self-service Verification of Benefits (VOB) feature that allows admissions and billing teams to verify insurance coverage instantly from within the Alleva platform.

The tool eliminates the need for support tickets or third-party systems, aiming to reduce delays in admissions and billing. Key features include real-time benefit checks, transparent usage tracking, and full integration with Alleva’s EMR system.

The new feature became available to eligible customers on August 1, 2025.
