Alight appoints Donna Dorsey as chief HR officer

Alight Solutions has appointed Donna Dorsey as Chief Human Resources Officer to lead its global people strategy, including talent development, culture, and employee experience.

Dorsey previously served as EVP and Chief People and Culture Officer at International Motors (formerly Navistar), and sits on the board of Root Insurance .
