Alan launches B2B offering
Digital health insurer Alan is launching ‘Alan as a Service,’ a new enterprise offering for insurance companies.
The French startup, which claims to have over 200k members, is making its tech stack available to health insurers that want to offer their members a “modern, differentiating and 100% digital experience.”
It’s worth noting that this isn’t a typical white label solution – enterprise clients will be able to integrate their brand elements in some “strategic places” such as the subscription page but the digital experience is controlled fully by Alan. In addition, Alan does not allow integrations between its enterprise platform and other management systems or mobile/web applications.
With this offering Alan is targeting health insurance companies and captives with less than 400k members. Aside from the tech stack, enterprise clients can also give their members access to Alan’s health services such as telemedicine and the option to chat with a medical professional.
Lamie Mutuelle, which has 85k members, is Alan’s first enterprise client.
