AGWS streamlines dealer claims filing

American Guardian Warranty Services  (AGWS) rolled out a faster claims filing and tracking workflow for dealers, integrating directly with Reynolds and Reynolds’ Advanced Service platform.

The new process automates claims submission, removing manual rekeying and copy-and-paste steps that typically slow down service departments. AGWS says the update is designed to reduce bottlenecks in fixed operations and free up staff time for higher-value work.

The workflow is embedded within Reynolds’ Retail Management System, allowing claims to be filed and tracked without leaving the Advanced Service environment. According to AGWS, the integration improves speed and accuracy while fitting into existing dealership processes.
