Ageas UK appoints Anna Cole as Head of Broker Experience and Strategy

Ageas UK  has appointed Anna Cole as Head of Broker Experience and Strategy, strengthening its focus on the personal lines broker market.

Cole joined the insurer this month and brings 20 years of experience in broker marketing, engagement and proposition development roles. She previously held positions at major UK insurers including Allianz and LV.

In her new role, Cole will lead Ageas’s broker experience and strategy agenda, helping shape and evolve the insurer’s proposition for personal lines brokers and partners. Her responsibilities include championing broker insights across the business, building on Ageas’s broker service offering, and supporting the continued development of the company’s broker proposition as it pursues growth.
