Ageas builds bespoke digital platform for Connells Group

Ageas has expanded its 30-year partnership with Connells Group by launching a bespoke digital home insurance platform designed to serve more customers across the UK estate agency’s network.

The new platform was developed, tested, and launched within months in response to Connells Group’s plans to strengthen its home insurance offering. The initiative was delivered in collaboration with specialists from Ageas Group in Brussels, which focuses on developing and scaling digital B2B2C partnerships.

The platform enables Connells Group’s mortgage and insurance advisers to provide customers with a streamlined experience spanning quotation, purchase, servicing, and renewals across the company’s network of 1,200 branches.
