Admiral to cut 500 jobs in the UK

According to reports, Admiral Group will cut 500 jobs in the UK to save £100 million.

This move is related to Admiral’s UK insurance business only, and will affect about 5% of its workforce.

“We are making changes to Admiral’s UK Insurance business to ensure we have the right structure, skills and ways of working to meet evolving customer needs. These changes are aimed at making us faster and more efficient so we can continue to deliver great customer outcomes.” – Chief executive of Admiral UK Insurance, Alistair Hargreaves.
