Admiral relaunches health and wellness coverage

Admiral Insurance Group , a Berkley company, has relaunched its Health, Nutrition, and Lifestyle coverage with enhanced NutraLife capabilities for health, beauty, and wellness businesses.

The product adds specialized protections to a commercial general liability policy, including coverage for third-party financial losses arising from covered negligent professional services and vicarious liability involving insured products used in covered clinical trials.

Other enhancements include qualifying product recall expenses, covered California Proposition 65 civil penalties arising from government regulatory actions, and certain rectification expenses incurred before a claim is made. Reputation protection expenses following negative publicity tied to a covered incident are also included.

First- and third-party cyber coverage may be available through a separate endorsement, subject to underwriting. Admiral distributes its excess and surplus lines products through wholesale brokers.
