Achmea’s innovation hub invests in The Micro Habit Company

Achmea’s innovation hub is partnering with The Micro Habit Company to accelerate its growth.

The Dutch startup offers micro-habit programs focused on work and health, using gamification and an app to help employees adopt new behaviors. Its programs cover topics such as healthy lifestyles, AI adoption, and cybersecurity.

“Our micro-habits make behavioral change accessible and measurable, allowing organizations to work more purposefully on the well-being, performance and resilience of their employees and teams.” – Rob van Drunen, co-founder of The Micro Habit Company.

“The Micro Habit Company has built an effective and scalable digital model. Our hub offers access to an extensive network of expertise and both private and public contacts. This gives TMHC the ideal basis for scaling up. Zilveren Kruis, part of Achmea, has been working with The Micro Habit Company for some time on wellbeing leadership programs for organizations, including psychological safety. Sustainable behavioral change in the field of work and health fits in seamlessly with Achmea’s vision of Sustainable Living Together. We are proud that we can now expand the collaboration further.” – Erik Petersen, Head of Innovation.
